A few things to note about each membership level:

• There will be a $49 set-up fee for all new memberships.
• Discounts on all products and cosmetic services associated with your membership cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions
• Members must provide a 60-day notice of cancellation. 
• Memberships are non-transferrable (cannot share member discounts with friends and family). 
• Monthly payments will be suspended while pregnant or breastfeeding and savings do not accrue during this time.
